On Ravens: Ravens belong to a class of birds called corvids. Corvids include jays, crows, magpies, and ravens among others. Ravens can actually be more convincing mimics than parrots so if you hear some strange voice-like noises in the woods, don’t chock it up to ghosts until you look for a raven.
Fun fact: There was a Raven who visited by dumpster for a while and would say ‘hello’ and scare me to death before I knew about their mimicry.
